The property was a convenient location next to EC Row Express Way to get around the city from the hotel. The staff at check-in were friendly and supportive. The bed was comfortable but extremely soft so those who need a firmer mattress may have issues.
For the price that the location was charging, the room value was minimal. The room was pretty outdated and in need of new furniture to make it look and feel more comfortable. The bathroom was spacious but dark and quite outdated. The toilet would continue to run if the handle was not perfectly in place. The shower had good water pressure and temperature.
There was also a significant bug problem in the room so that left us feeling uncomfortable. Given the room had a sliding door to outside, and it was summer, some of this is to be expected. Guests just need to be very careful with any food or drinks that get left out for any duration of time.
Noise level was generally okay. It never got to be a problem from inside the hotel or from noise outside. The curtains kept it sufficiently dark, and the temperature control in the room was good (although a bit noisy at first when it was running, but you get used to it).
Overall, this is an okay location but for its price point I would have expected something a bit better.
