Stayed overnight for a graduation at Windsor University. During our stay, we used the pool and indulged in their breakfast! So many options. The place was very tidy and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

I had a lovely stay overall, the property is newly renovated, exceptionally clean, and has a modern, inviting feel throughout. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. That said, the primary purpose of a hotel is to provide a good night’s sleep, and unfortunately, that’s where this stay fell short for me. The pillows were extremely soft so much so that they offered virtually no support, and it honestly felt like sleeping without one. If you’re someone who prefers medium to firm pillows, I strongly recommend bringing your own or purchasing one locally, as there were no alternatives available. Sadly, I didn’t end up sleeping well either night due to this, which impacted the rest of an otherwise excellent stay.
