- The guest who books the stay must be 21 years of age, physically present at the time of check-in, and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit at check-in.
- If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first.

- Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy per unit.
