Some of the worst staff I've ever encountered

Staff was extremely rude, because we had an extremely late check-in AKA in the morning due to our moving truck breaking down, they actually tried to resell our room and tell us that it was no longer ours even though it was prepaid and non-refundable. And then insisted we be out on time no matter what, they would not give an extension. End of story

There was a heat wave and my cargo was temperature sensitive. I asked to transfer my reservation to another Best Western property in the Tahoe area, so that I wouldn't ruin the contents of my van by staying in Winnemuca. No luck -- no refund, no change. I know that that was my choice but still...I find it a bit abusive that that is how the pricing is.
