I got to my room and there were multiple roaches in plain sight (I even took pictures). I cancelled my stay and went elsewhere. They took my money for the first night. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD LITERAL COCKROACHES IN THEIR HOTEL. I lost over a hundred dollars. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

The room I was in had a smoky smell, like it had been in a fire. The curtain blinds wouldn't close completely so a lot of light got into the room at night, making it hard to sleep. It took about 3 minutes for the water to heat up for the shower. The complementary breakfast was just meh, would rather have a Bojangles biscuit. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the weekend.
