hopeful I don't pay twice?

The room was quiet and straightened well...the desk person spoke little english and said, "I don't work here." He worked the breakfast the next morning and checked me out...charged for pets, and $!00 deposity but denied me a receipt due to going through hotel.com?

The plumbing was under construction and the showers didn’t work. The room was one I didn’t ask for. The front desk manager suggested I bring the cot to my room by myself.

The hotel was dirty, smelled bad and out dated. I’m not sure what they were pumping in the air, but it smelled awful in the lobby. I was excited to use the pool, but the pool was dirty and looked like it had not be serviced in a while. The patio table was flipped over the first day we arrived and was that way when we left. We were there for 3 days. I would definitely not staff again.

Much too much deferred maintenance. Some lights in room 419 did not work (particularly the one over the desk). The screen for the window was not over the window. The counter in the bathroom (the one with the sink in it) was visibly disconnected from the fascia beneath it. Need I go on? In addition, I thought at one point I was going to have to call the front desk, or the police, because of other guests shouting and pounding on room doors (theirs, presumably, not ours. The so-called breakfast was horrid.

For the price this was very disappointing. Everywhere you looked there were things that were broken, missing handles, or just old and and outdated. There was a man sleeping in the hallway next to the elevator.

I never leave reviews, but this hotel right here. Just unacceptable. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Loud Music was allowed to be played til after 3:00 A.M. No front desk could be reached about the situation. Floors smelled like cigarettes and Weed. Rooms were in beat up condition. Could not get sleep. Woke up to beds bugs and jumped up. Had bites on my face, back, neck and upper arm. I literally did not get any sleep here had to stand up until it was daylight because I was scared to sit on anything else after I saw the bed bug. As Soon as it became daylight I cancelled my remaining stay and checked out that hotel. I will be reaching out to the manager today.
