Located in the upper cul de sac of Beaver Village, this unit borders the forest, offering breathtaking views of the Winter Park Resort from the private balcony. The second floor is filled with natural light, which enhances its attractiveness. As an end unit, it provides a peaceful and private environment.
The updated kitchen is designed to accommodate both a quick breakfast and an elaborate holiday meal. This space is connected to the dining area, which seats four people, with extra seating available at the kitchen bar. Beyond the dining area is the living room, which includes a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a private deck that features a plumbed gas grill, ensuring a constant supply of gas for grilling while providing a view of the surrounding forest. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
The master bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the living room offers additional sleeping options with a queen sofa sleeper. The second bathroom is accessible from the main hallway.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
