Great place, terrible communication

The place was great. Perfect location and size for our family. However, communication with the host was the worst I have ever experienced. They accepted our reservation but the booking never went through. We didn't get any information about check-in until I called VRBO because the host never responded to my message and the phone number didn't work. We received the door code at 5pm, after check-in time. And we didn't receive any check-out information. The sceens need to be replaced on the windows, they all have massive holes and rips in them. The window shades in the bedrooms don't stay up. And the window in the second bedroom is broken, very hard to open and doesn't stay open. Also, our food froze in the fridge, and we couldn't turn it down because the dial is broken.

The location was extremely disappointing, highlighted by the early morning trash pickup right behind both the master and guest bedrooms. Adding to that, the second bedroom mattress is clearly 20 years overdue for replacement, the towel bar in the master bath was missing, there was a large hairball in the master shower, filthy bathroom rug, a missing smoke detector, peeling paint on the kitchen cabinets, and a kitchen sink backup during our stay. Giving this property two stars feels generous.The listing does not accurately represent the condition of the unit. What concerns me most is that previous guest reviews do not reflect the true realities of this property. In reality, it’s essentially an apartment with a poor to extremely poor quality remodel, located next to a trash dumpster—all for 300 per night.I truly don’t mean to be harsh or unkind, but when I travel, I trust VRBO reviews to help guide my choices. I feel obligated to be completely transparent for future travelers. It’s an unfortunate situation, and I’m sorry to leave a negative review, but both the unit and the neighborhood do not justify the asking price and are not accurately represented in the reviews.

Winter Park weekend

Overall we felt the stay was great. Good location and clean unit. The property itself is pretty run down and the hot tubs and sauna were both broken during our stay. Outside of that we enjoyed the unit.

Nicely updated WP condo!

Our stay was cut short by a family emergency, but the property manager was very kind and understanding. During our short stay, we very much enjoyed the condo and would happily stay again. The location is great, the amenities looked nice, and the condo was nicely updated and decorated.

A great mountain stay!

We loved our stay at this property! It was a really great location, restaurants, and coffee shops all within walking distance. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked, we would absolutely stay again!

Great location

This place was clean and convenient to everything. There are stairs to get to the condo, but we really liked staying there.
