Area around cabins is wooded & beautiful! Breakfast was homemade & delicious. Cabin was cute & we had a queen with plenty of room for two of us, even a little kitchen area. We only stayed one night enroute, but might have liked a longer stay! Winthrop is a charming older town.

Disappointing!

The reviews were very misleading! The buffet breakfast was terrible. Homemade muffins and coffee cake were dense, tough and tasteless. They put out such small amounts at a time that the food items kept running out and that was shortly after 8 am. There was no butter for the waffles or English muffins which ran out right away. No breakfast meat at all, only a tasteless egg dish. Cold oatmeal, no brown sugar. The room was nice, bed was good but the pillow was terrible. The over all condition of the outside premises was run down. There was a dried up water feature outside full of dirt and weeds. Location and parking were good. Staff was not friendly.

Excellent accommodation! Perfect room. Decorated very well. Thought I was home. Even a fireplace, private seating outside with a table. Handle held shower and big bathroom. Breakfast perfect with homemade egg casserole , homemade scones and great coffee. A outstanding place to stay !

Loved our cabin!

It was a gem of a find close enough to North Cascades NP. homemade breakfast was delicious! we also took advantage of the hot tub in our cabin. Town of Winthrop was very cute with Western Feel

For people who don’t look the outdoors, this may feel rustic, but it was fantastic! We stayed in Cabin 15 which had a separate King bedroom but nice living room, good kitchen. We only stayed one night but were very happy. The breakfast was also good.

Chewuch Inn had a shortage of staffing at the front desk and answering their phone. The coffee pot and remote for air conditioning was broken and I was unable to get assistance due to staffing shortage. It was a very nice cozy room, clean and I would stay again because of the closeness to the town and trails.

The Cabin was wonderful. The only down side was the breakfast. It was quickly cleaned out and many people were waiting around for the dishes to be replenished. In the end, we gave up and went to town for breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay

My husband and I stayed in a queen room at the inn. Everything was clean and comfortable but very much no frills and was very dated as far as furniture, decorations, paint. We enjoyed our stay though and the property is incredibly beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.
