You'll have an in-home fitness room with a treadmill and an elliptical machine, a wrap-around deck with rocking chairs overlooking the ocean, as well as a wet bar and two fireplaces - one wood and one gas - to make cool coastal evenings all the more cozy.

This waterfront home is located on scenic Kehail Point, 12 miles south of darling downtown Wiscasset and Maine's famous Route 1.
