Thisbisbsuch a nice hotel if you don't want to stay right in the middle of the dells. Very close to everything and has a walgreens and dunkin and starbucks nearby! Will always stay here when in the area!

The property had a unsafe feel to it The room wasnt exceptionally clean. Bathroom wasnt the best in cleanliness and the door didnt latch. The was a crack in the shower wall. Overall it was a very cheap half fixed property. Wont stay there again!

Fees and hot tub

They jipped me once of the 50 dollar incidental fee for no good reason and now charge same this time. There is and was no reason not to return my money to me. I have stayed every time i go to the dells. Not again. Then they closed hot tub for maintenance on a holiday weekend with nothing wrong with it. They even said that. Again, not staying again in the future. Others were also very upset with fee and hot tub situations. So upset about this.
