We ended up getting to the Dells quite a bit earlier than normal check-in time. The lady at the front desk was polite and got us into a room right away.
Plenty of parking available.
The outdoor hot tubs were great at the end of a long day! There are also two hot tubs indoors by the pool (one was closed). There is a convenient window to the bar to order drinks inside the pool area.
HIGHLY recommend the food at the bar! I had a Cesar salad with steak and my son had a burger and fries. Both were fantastic! The breakfast was just ok. My son wasn't a fan of the French toast but, my daughter said the pancakes were good! They have a continental breakfast for $6.50 that just has the basics; cereal, yogurt, toast, etc. You may also order other food like pancakes, eggs, French toast, omelets, etc; made to order - a bit high priced in my opinion for what you get but it was convenient.
The market place with sodas and snacks in the lobby was also convenient - it is self-serve; easy to pay or charge to your room.
Advice - if you are looking to check-out late - you have to contact them the morning you are due to check out, not before. Call or visit the front desk early because I waited too long - they are only able to accept 10 late check outs. They already had 10 by the time I went to the front desk at 8:30am. The lady at the front desk did give us an extra half hour.
Overall - it was a good experience and this hotel will stay on our list of options when we stay in the Dells.
