Great location, easy parking for $25 per night. Great to see a family of 4 room option - bunk beds over the king bed - genius. Hotel encourages checking in/out via kiosk or on your phone, which is convenient but seems unnecessary when there is then staff floating around, not very personable or welcoming! But overall a great hotel in the heart of Wollongong at still reasonable prices

Nice hotel in the centre of town. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The building was very modern and clean. The rooms were clean and tidy, and although they were not overly spacious, they served our purpose over Christmas. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows, great pillows. We'd certainly stay there again.

Air conditioners in the rooms are EXTREMELY noisy. You need them on (we stayed in December in mid 30s temps) otherwise the room quickly becomes unbearable. Staff are lovely, restaurant is fine, but the rooms are very basic. Rooms also not very sound proof, so expect to hear quite a bit of street noise.

Parking was great, easy to access room. Room and linen was clean but the bed was lacking a mattress protector. The mattress seemed old as it was possible to feel the springs. A mattress topper and mattress protector would improve things.
