Inside, you’ll find warm wood-beamed ceilings and an open layout that feels instantly welcoming. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for anything—whether it`s a home-cooked meal 🍽️ or popcorn and wine 🍷. And if cooking’s not on the menu? Downtown Woodstock’s restaurants, coffee shops ☕, and ice cream spots 🍦 are just a short walk away.

🛏️ Rest easy in two private Master Suites with king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and plush memory foam mattresses. A third king bedroom includes a 55` Smart TV, while the fourth has twin-over-twin bunks—great for kids or teens.

🎮 The game room brings the fun with a 55` TV, foosball, and air hockey—perfect for winding down after dinner.

You are welcome to use the home, game room, and patio area. The basement is not available to guests as the Owner keeps personal items there. Other than that you will have the entire home for your stay!

Pets must be crated if left alone. We can provide a crate (limited availability—request before check-in).

Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture to maintain cleanliness.

Pet fee: $180 for one pet.

We may allow two small pets with prior approval (additional fee + refundable deposit).

Great house for larger group

We had lots of room - table in kitchen easily holds 8 people. All bedrooms were nicely sized and 3 bedrooms had king beds. Outside covered patio was large and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances were new. We were pleased with the property we selected.

I only wish we had more time to enjoy this home. We came for a debate competition with our teens, and they had a great time unwinding with the games and air hockey table at night after we got back to the house. We were all very comfortable.

Great location, comfortable/clean property

The location was wonderful to walk into main street for meals/shopping. 4 adults stayed here for a work training for the week. It would have probably worked better for only 3 adults (as we all wanted our own room/privacy) and the 4th bedroom was a bunk that shared the hall bath, so not ideal for an adult. But overall the property was perfect and well appointed with everything we needed for the week!

New Year’sin Woodstock

We rented this home 12/31/2024 to 1/7/2025. The home was as described on website. Pictures and descriptions were all up to date. Plenty of room for 2 families with 2 master bedrooms. The air hockey table was a hit for the grandkids. Bunkbeds worked out well for a sleepover. About 4.5 round trip from the home to the noonday trail and back. With a quick stop at Bizarre Coffee. Love the home only recommendation would be more seating around the main TV and a few more blankets.

Great Experience

We were in town for a baseball tournament with three other families. The house is in a great location for both dining in Woodstock as well as the baseball in either East Cobb or Lake Point. The open floor plan and outdoor patio is excellent for entertaining multiple families. This property is one of the nicest, cleanest and most well equipped we have ever experienced. Great hosts. We will be back!

Beautiful property & great location

Loved everything about this rental! Huge space for my extended family to stretch out and have fun together. Home included all the amenities we could ever need during our out of state vacation. There were 4 bedrooms that were spacious with 3 fully stocked bathrooms. The entire property was well maintained and clean. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Woodstock! The walk to the downtown area was short and also very safe! Cynthia was a great host!

Wonderful Woodstock Home

The home is as depicted on the listing with plenty of room for 7 adults and one infant. Lots of living space to spread out and relax. Nicely updated! Plenty of room to park cars in the driveway. Kitchen was generously appointed with all we needed to cook meals and have family over for a cookout. We would definitely stay again!

Loved it!

This place was wonderful! The area with the kitchen, dining table and living room were in the same big area with a lot of open space. There were 2 masters, a regular bedroom with a king, and a smaller room with a twin on top, full on bottom bunk beds. We came with 6 adults and 3 toddlers and were able spread out and not feel on top of each other. Because it was rainy during our stay, the extra room out back gave the kids an extra space to play with their cars and trucks. The big back fenced in yard also is a great place for kids and dogs to run around safely and gave the adults plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy. The house is about a 20 min walk to downtown. There is a sidewalk the whole way there. Cynthia, the host, was easily reachable by email and responded promptly. Would definitely rent again!!

We visited this location for a wedding and had the most wonderful time at this location. We were able to gather as a family in this large and open home. The setup is perfect for large families. Very Convenient, Pictures are true to the home.

The location was perfect!! Walking distance to downtown Woodstock. The decor and backyard were amazing!! The kitchen and space in the bedrooms were great. The kids loved the game room. The kitchen was great for eating and games. We would stay again! The only note is if you are sensitive to Air Fresheners/Scent Packets it will be difficult. We opened the windows and the weather was beautiful. There were NO "bad smells" we are just allergic to the freshener & scent packets. We didn't ask about this beforehand. So the owners didn't know if was an issue for us.

Best VRBO Experience Yet!

From day one the communication with Cynthia was easy and efficient! The property was beyond our expectations and the pictures don't even do it justice. The backyard is huge and has a wonderful deck and fire pit. We even meant the neighbors and felt like we were part of the neighborhood. It's hard to find a great experience with host, location and fees now a days with these things. I have stayed in many VRBO's and BNB's and this was without question one of the best we've had! In regards to the town, Woodstock is amazing. We walked around town and visited the local bookstore, ate at Rootstock (Great whiskey and bourbon), and took a great walk with our dogs at the trails at Woofstock, a dog park with trails that go through beautiful neighborhoods and right to downtown Main St. We are also big fans of nearby cities like Talking Rock and Jasper so we took a trip to Fainting Goat Whinery and strongly recommend going there. We were in town to visit our eldest son that moved to Buckhead which was just 30 minutes away so as you can see the location is amazing for just about anything you want to do in Georgia! Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home and we hope to be back soon!!!

Perfect Location in Woodstock

We were in Woodstock to attend a wedding of dear friends. Location of the home was ideal, and it was the perfect size for our group (two couples). Property was clean and well cared for. Outdoor deck was amazing. Highly recommend.
