Enter via a rear entrance from the parking area to the third floor and a useful lift down to the ground floor, or use the front entrance which is directly off the Esplanade. You’ll be located only a short stroll from the sandy beach, shops, pubs and restaurants (all within 0.5 miles, although Barricane Beach is a lot closer). If you like to surf, you’re in luck as you’ll be located in the heart of the North Devon World Surfing Reserve which comprises the beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde (5 miles), Saunton (7.5 miles), and Lynmouth (21 miles). Even if you don’t want to get into the water, these destinations are great for a coastal walk or a mooch around some shops. Speaking of shopping, the pretty village of Braunton and the market town of Barnstaple are only 7 miles and 14.5 miles away respectively.
