Here at river run the River Runs through the property most of the year .
So be mindful when exploring.

The space
The home has 3 large bedrooms,
Two queen size beds and three single beds
A large open fully equipped Kitchen and Dining area.
A double lounge, a bathroom with double sinks and shower a separate Toilet.
The laundry facilities are adjacent to the separate toilet 🚻
On the veranda we have a large gas barbecue and seating areas .
Free wifi NBN.
No smoking inside the property .
These a good selection of books,
board games or video games available .
The TV Has Fetch Tv .
There is a large veranda with relaxing seating areas .
There are also a selection of outdoor games stored there .
And a slide and swing set for the children.

Guest access
Access from the roads by a track, follow the sign to fettlers crossing to the right. All gates are secured but not locked .
The property has CCTV cameras positioned to observe the front gate and road
The court yard and the back water tank entrance.
All of these areas are motion activated.
No cameras are able to observe the Airbnb residence .

Other things to note
You have the full run of the fenced property to walk and explore.
We have lemons 🍋 eggs 🥚 and herbs all free for our guests .
We have a (RIVER RUNNING ) through the property most of the year 100 meters from the house .
So be aware when exploring the grounds.
The property is 100 meters from one of Perth hills main tracks the historic Kep Track , Midland to Northam .
Hike .Bike. Or horse 🐎 Ride .
Be mindful we have wildlife here : Lizards spiders potential snakes birds big and small yes flies and mosquitoes.
So bring your nets or sprays as needed these are not supplied.
The house is cleaned, and checked the day before you check in.
All clean washed linens and towels.
If you require a new set please just ask or extra towels .
