Bedroom and Bathroom were both spotless. 2 minor issues 1) The electrical heater in the bedroom was slightly noisy as it cooled down and heated up but not too noisy. 2) Because I was on the ground floor and at the back I could just hear the motorway rumble, but the last time I was at the front (overlooking the car park) and on the first floor there was no noise what so ever and it didn't really disturb me.

There was hair on pillows even the spare single bed had hair on the bedding. It was the state of the rooms the carpets has seen better days. The bathroom well the floor walls the bath just disgusting . All i will say the best thing about it was when i left the following morning. I was too tired to complain . Never again

U have to go tonthe services for breakfast and they charge u a small mortgage, parking at first was bad, and the staff member was not happy, also the place smelt of sewage, towel rail not evening working, shower was very poor and the loo roll was only have full for three guests.

Room was big n clean. The bed was comfortable. There are mould in bathroom but it is ok for one night. The heating work but the WiFi doesn't work. It is so slow. It is convenient location at a service station.

Bed was very comfortable but very high and in a disabled accessible room this made it difficult to get into the bed. Bathroom looked tired and in need of a refresh. Also more thought is needed to make the bathroom truely accessible for disabled guests. Overall however a pleasant stopping place for a one night stay.
