Beautiful hotel. Really quiet are tucked into an office park. No walkable restaurants but several options are a short drive away. If going to Boston, stay here and take the Southborough train into the city. Easy drive to the station. The city of Boston is very walkable and the trains are easy to navigate.

Didn't like the $10 a day parking fee. Doors to the rooms slam and are very loud. Ice machine on our floor doesn't work. Bathroom has hair from other guests still on the toilet and shower. Shower is a bit dingy looking. Water pressure is awful. Toilet paper that is in bathroom is about a quarter of a roll.
$6 bottle of water in the rooom.

A new hotel which was very nice, however, we find it unacceptable and insulting to be asked to pay $10/day for parking in a large empty open parking lot. This will be the reason we would not recommend it or stay there again. Ease your room rate - don’t ask me to pay for parking when given the location you definitely need a car!

Not good food, but pleasant staff!

First we were disappointed with the food selection. My daughter has dietary issues and they had no rice, and then she asked for maugerita flatbread wo Sage and they couldn’t do that! So they tried hard to accommodate her with grilled chicken, but it made her sick anyway. The cheeseburgers were good though. Disappointed with the waffles for breakfast. They are frozen and put in microwave!! But the omelet I had was good. The coffeemaker in the room stopped working. It kept asking for a pod even though there was one in there. Tried a couple of times, and gave up. The sofa bed has something broken on the right side! I sat down and thought I was going thru to the floor! The pool was great and it was very quiet cause there were so few people at the inn.

TThe bathtub was not draining properly, and no body wash was provided for the shower. Additionally, the water temperature was difficult to regulate, being either too hot or too cold. Most importantly, the bathroom lacked a lock, which made using it quite uncomfortable.
