PET FRIENDLY COTTAGES ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä Gambier-vuorelta 17 Kavanagh Roadissa, Worrolongissa, 5 hehtaarin alueella. Ympäristö on hiljainen ja rauhallinen, ja siellä on runsaasti lintuelämää, jotka sijaitsevat hoidettujen puutarhojen keskellä runsaasti tilaa kävellä koirallasi tai vain nauttia raikkaasta ilmasta.

Kiinteistössä on kaksi mökkiä; Collie Mökki (1 makuuhuone) ja Kelpie Mökki (2 makuuhuonetta). Katso kuvaus alla tarkan keskivaiheen ja viikonloppuhinnoittelun mukaan.

Ominaisuuksistamme ominaisuus:

Turvallinen ja lapsiystävällinen.
Syö eläimet käsin.
Koira-ystävällinen: aidattu piha koirille - talon koulutetut koirat sallitaan.
Olemme Mount Gambierista koilliseen (vain 6-7 minuuttia) maaseudulla.

Alueen ominaisuudet:

Lyhyen 30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä kauniista Coonawarra-viinialueista.
Lyhyt 30 minuutin ajomatka Port Macdonnellille, S. A.: n hummeripääkaupungille, on myös hämmästyttävä kova kalkkikivi rannalla ihailemaan.
Majesteettinen Glenelg-joki on myös 30 minuutin päässä.
Käy alueen monissa luolissa ja sinkholeissa, mukaan lukien mm. Kaunis prinsessa Margaret Rose Cave.

Tämä aamiaismajoitus sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Attamurra Golf Course (golfkeskus). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat.

Lovely little house

The house was great and exactly as described.The breakfast supplies were lovely and totally unexpected.The dog enjoyed running around outside in the backyard. The fireplace was awesome and soo warm for a cold winter weekend.Russ & Pauline were lovely went above & beyond to make our stay great.2 nights wasn’t long enough, wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thanks for having us.

An ideal BnB for family & pets. Heaps of food provided, to help when you arrive & following days. For a winter stay there is a wood heater, making it nice & cosy. Anyone would love staying there with their pet.

Autumn Getaway

This was the ideal property for us to base ourselves on, plenty of secure grounds for our border collie to explore. The cottage was well equipped, cosy warm fireplace and comfortable beds. Lovely touches including continental breakfast staples, chocolates, wine and doggie treats were a nice addition. Enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

To be honest we were disappointed with the property. It was not very clean, between the seats on the couch was like a sand pit, the shower had quite a bit of mould and soap scum. The beds were very poorly made with fitted sheets not even pulled on properly, however they were comfortable. The towels were very thin and old. We loved the fire and that kept us nice and warm. Overall the accommodation was ok for what we needed but is a bit tired and could be presented a lot nicer. We would not choose to stay again.

Loved our stay

Had the best time with our 3 kids and dog. It was so nice knowing our dog was looked after in a very secure yard when we went out. Provisions were incredibly generous. Loved seeing the beautiful animals at the property. Beds are so comfortable. Location is perfect. Owners were lovely and very helpful. Thank you for having us.

Property is well located in a calm private place near Mt.Gambier. Plenty of space around the house to walk the pets or play with kids. Pet owners would love a stay here with plenty of space with fence.

Beautiful Quiet Location

Lovely, quiet place just outside Mount Gambier. Nice big secure yard for the 2 dogs. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, lounge room and shower. Nice gesture of breakfast goodies, chocolates and wine on arrival. Pauline greeted us at the gate and was a good communicator from start to finish. We enjoyed our stay and are considering coming back. Highly recommend Kelpie Cottage for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Thanks Pauline and Russ for geing great hosts. Thanks

Lovely stay

We were welcomed for our stay and all our needs were met. Lovely to have a secure yard for the dogs to run around safely in. Kelpie Cottage was clean and tidy upon arrival and is located in a wonderful quiet and peaceful environment. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Thoughtful touches

Thanks Russ & Pauline. The little extras, communication and thoughtful touches were greatly appreciated. The property and walks were enjoyed by myself and our fur baby whilst the boys were off mountain biking. The location is serene but only a short drive to the action in town. Everything was comfortable and accommodating. We’ll be back next October long weekend. Thanks again for having us :))

Lovely stay, very homely

Friendly host whom we were fortunate to meet on arrival. Such a warm & welcoming stay for our family of 4 & 2 pups. Our dogs felt so at home as the amount of care for pets at this property is outstanding. Beds were super comfy & the house was very clean. Our kids loved the area as there is plenty of farm animals around. Thank you so much for our special stay & the extra special touches on arrival. Bread, wine, chocolates, milk & condiments really added to the homely stay…oh & especially the fresh eggs. Thank you!

Loved it!

Such a beautiful place to stay and so nice to hear the stories of all the animals from the hosts. Really appreciated the provisions as we had a full car so didn’t bring much food, plus the secure yard for the doggo was brilliant to know they didn’t need to be on lead the whole time. Highly recommend it as a place for travellers with dogs.

Russ and Pauline are a lovely couple. They provided us with adequate information to reach the property. The fridge was filled with bread milk, eggs, wine..Kids loved feeding the sheep and having a tour in the farm. Our little pup loved his stay too
