We absolutely loved our stay at the railway hotel , was clean , classy , everyone were so polite , welcoming staff , who pulled out all the stops to make our stay pleasureable , 110% we will stay there for worthing carnival 2026 , food was quality as well , beer garden well maintained , 10 out of 10 , see you next year
Really easy to check in, staff were super friendly.
Breakfast was really easy, again super staff experience.
The bed was a bit hard, but that's just a preference thing.
A lovely hotel, that goes all-in with the railway theme. Although it is a pub-hotel, it has been recently refurbished, with all-electronic access, so nobody can get to the bedroom area unless they are staying there.
Half-price food in the pub on Mondays was a pleasant surprise, and the friendly - if slightly quirky - staff were a joy to interact with.
The room was comfortable, and the family room we stayed in had a separate bunk-bed area for the child, each bunk having its own light.
Parking-wise, you can choose from the station car park, a one-minute walk away, or the free on-street parking on the station one-way system (Only free between 6pm and 9am)
I would absolutely stay here again!
Hotel was lovely & clean. Room was a nice size & the bed was very comfortable, but it was very warm in there as there was no air con. Our room was right above the beer garden so it was quite noisy on a Friday night until the pub closed at midnight. Can't fault the staff, they were very helpful & friendly. Food was good but the chef hadn't arrived yet when we went down for breakfast on our last day at 8.45 & they didn't know when he would be turning up so we couldn't wait.
Really nice hotel. Room was lovely nice and clean. I would recommend the food too, breakfast was suberb. Walking distance to town centre and seafront .
This hotel was so convenient as it’s literally across the Rd from the station. Walking distance from the town centre and short train journey to Brighton. Considering it is so close to the station it wasn’t too noisy in the evening/ morning and we slept well! The rooms are lovely, tastefully decorated and very comfy. I was staying with my teenager and they sorted a comfy sofa bed for him so I got a king sized bed to myself which was a result :) great products to use for shower use etc and tea/ coffee etc that was replenished daily. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the whole place was spotless! Food was great too we tried breakfast and evening meals. The only issue which would be obvious really is they had live music on a Friday which was loud in the room but it’s a small price to pay I’d say go to the pub and watch or go out for the evening! Overall was an excellent stay and great value for money and would definitely return
Loved the hotel, lovely updated decorating, proximity to the amazing pub/restaurant! Stayed in the family room, which was absolutely superb! Great bunkbeds in our separate room for our girls!
Overall ok the room was clean but not sure if it was hoovered and there was someone else’s underwear left in a draw but the bathroom was clean the shower was great, The breakfast was good and some of the staff weren’t very friendly some were good
