Aula opastaa sinut kevyesti kodin tärkeimmälle elintasolle; massiivinen avoin konseptialue upealla merinäköalalla. Portaiden yläosassa olet heti heittämässä loputtomia merinäkymiä, kun sinua kohtaavat liukuvien lasiovien seinät ja korkeat holvikatot paljailla palkeilla, jotka antavat erittäin avoimen ja vieraanvaraisen tunteen asuintilaan. Great house for large families

This is our second year staying at this house. We had a great time. Love the location. The only suggestion I would have to the owners would be to upgrade the tvs to smart tvs.

Beautiful home!

We had a large group of friends stay here for a friends wedding and could not have been more impressed. The home was so open, allowing us all to spend time together easily. Everything was clean, decorated beautifully and the view and deck is spectacular. It was definitely the best short vacation we have done as a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Being right on the beach was so convenient as well. I would recommend it to anyone!

We loved our stay at this lovely beach home on S. Lumina in Wrightsville Beach. The home is absolutely beautiful and is located on the beach just minutes away from everything: shopping, restaurants, the intracoastal waterway, and, of course, the beach. It was perfect for our needs - three generations stayed in this home as we were in Wrightsville for a family wedding - and everyone loved it! The owners were very helpful and so easy to work with. Thank you Shana. Hope to return again!

Perfect! Just what we were looking for! Access and view of the beach were great and was a short walk from the back door with no massive dunes to climb over. The deck was great to relax on and enjoy the sounds and views of the ocean. Grocery shopping, restaurants and gift shops were close by. The house was clean and the bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for our needs with room to spare. The grandkids loved the bunk beds! The kitchen had almost everything we needed too! All in all it was a wonderful vacation!

Great Location, Great Customer Service & Great Amenities

There were 10 ladies staying here for a tennis tournament. The house was as listed with AMPLE amenities not even listed on the description. Every one of us would like to personally rent this unit in the future. Great location right on the beach a couple doors down from the Oceanic restaurant. Also close access to get to Wilmington quickly which was nice. We had an AC and sliding door issue and it was fixed IMMEDIATELY on a weekend. A++++

Vacation at Wrightsville Beach

The property had wonderful views and amenities. It was attractively furnished with space to accomodate our family. The two chairs in the living room were a bit dirty and tattered but the sofa looked clean and was comfortable. The deck furniture was the best. We only had two working TV's and then only with the technician coming to repair. Also the internet was intermittent and when I left a message it was not returned. Lovely home but everything should be in working order.

Another Great Spring Break!

We vacationed at the house for a second time for spring break (2 years after the first). It really is the perfect house for 2 (or more) families! We had 3 teenagers who each had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 10-year olds and a 6 year old in addition to the 4 adults. We love the second living room in the back of the house for kids, and proximity to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores is great. The porch over-looking the beach is awesome and there are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. for cooking. We cooked most of our meals in and the large dining table and extra seating at the bar accommodated us with no issue. The extra fridge in the laundry was key and very much needed. The large pantry was also great. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and bikes and there were enough beach chairs and beach toys to satisfy the group. Like most beach houses, the dishwasher has seen better days and there was some backing up in the drain in the master bath shower, but overall the house was is great shape and really ideal for us. We can't wait to come back!

The kitchen was large and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The deck had 180 degree unobstructed views of the ocean: magnificent sunrises in the morning and full moon rises at night. The views from the deck were truly spectacular. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The tv's all worked. There were 2 washers and 2 dryers and 3 refrigerators. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes were under the house for our use. Great location right on the beach and across the street from the surf shop for those who love to surf. It was ideal. Bryant Real Estate was very responsive and super helpful if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: OVERALL we had a good time at this house because we were with family that we hadn't seen in a long time. However, there were some maintenance issues that, really, for the price we paid for the house were unacceptable. Bryant RE did the best they could to address the issues and we appreciated that. The bedrooms definitely needed some help in the furnishing dept: large pieces of furniture jammed into small rooms and lamps that were not plugged in and couldn't be plugged in because there were no plugs that weren't hidden behind heavy pieces of furniture. One room had loose cable and wires laying on the floor in a corner, completely unprotected. There was some concern about portions of the deck railing needing to be replaced for safety reasons. Two TV's didn't work. One got fixed, and the other wasn't able to be fixed because of problems with the service provider. Again, Bryant RE was very responsive in trying to help with the issues at hand.As far as the location and views, they were super nice. With the exception of bedding comforters and pillows, the house was very clean when we checked in. Very easy to get into with a keypad installed on the back door. Plenty of parking. It's a good house for a family get-together if you don't need everything to be spot-on.

Getting together with the family

The beds are all comfortable, lots of bathrooms, sound is well insulated, the multiple refrigerators are very handy, the availability of beach chairs, bikes and boogie boards is a nice plus, and the location is convenient. There were a couple of small maintenance items that needed to be attended to (several blinds in the living room were broken, the sliding glass doors need to be lubricated and one toilet paper holder had been pulled out of the wall) but all in all, it was very well maintained. The two biggest complaints I have are the fact that there is no shade on the ocean-side deck and the rental is expensive.I called Bryant Realty twice about the fact that the umbrella on the front deck was ripped and unusable. Both times I was told that they would see if another umbrella could be provided and they would get back to me. Neither time did anyone get back to me, nor was the matter corrected. One of our guests cannot tolerate the sun but loves to be outdoors. He was unable to enjoy the ocean view until late afternoon and evening because of the lack of shade. After we left, I called Bryant again to report the issue. I would be interested to see if anyone attended to it.

The house was beautiful and spacious as advertised, with wonderful ocean views. Everyone was comfortable and the deck was amazing. The upstairs lounge and kitchen was great for the teenagers. It was wonderful to be right on the beach and the location was convenient to town too.

We had a nice vacation at Thanksgiving, and enjoyed the chairs and beach equipment provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this very large cottage, anticipating 18 family members. Because of Covid-19 concerns, only 9 of us were able to go. Needless to say, we had PLENTY of room. We liked the quality of the beds, the closeness to the beach, all the appliances, and the soundproof nature of the cottage.the front porch could use more shade so it could be used during the was great having the boogey boards, bikes, and kayaks available to use. Thank you!

House was user friendly with great beach access. Wrightsville Beach is a sweet beach town.
