The room was average but they are doing renovations so can’t complain too much. Breakfast was good and had warm/cold options. Didn’t get a chance to utilize the pool area but looked nice. After a long day of travel it would have been nice to use the shower but was completely off put but the clumps and strands of black hair left in the shower. We did inform the front desk however there were no other rooms available.

Our room was poorly cleaned after the previous guest. The shower pan had stray hairs and there was a used towel hanging on the back if the bathroom door. The drink machine failed to dispense a drink at two different times. Upon checkout, the clerk barely made eye contact with me, let alone ask how our stay was. The per fee on Expedia showed as $50 but when we arrived at the property they charged me $75.

There was construction that was very noisy in the room. The fire alarm went off at 5 am which terrified us. Although it was a false alarm no one addressed the issue. We ran out of our room have clothed when a fellow traveler told us it was false. I would really like a refund.
