A few amenities make a big difference. I will look for a different place to stay the next time I come through.

Parking was nice, as well as the surrounding area. The rooms were not clean upon entry, we were going to over look it just for one night because that’s all we needed. As we pulled the covers to go to bed there was dog hair everywhere, and both beds had stains, one had large dirty paw prints. We were given a second room and the bed had some reddish brown stains and also had crumbs and hair. After, we asked for linens and were told everything was washed that morning but was only left with two non fitted sheets. We ended up finding another room somewhere else, and are waiting to hear back from the manager about a refund.

The room was clean and smelled clean too. We were in the 3rd building and it was right next to the highway so it was kinda noisy but the property itself was quiet. There were some stains on the sheets but the mattress was in a protector so I liked that. We had a king room and it was very big with a lot of outlets.

The best Red Roof Inn I have every stayed at from inside out. Really nice sitting benches with bear statues, the murals add inviting touch. Lobby was bright and staff was excellently warm and friendly. Our room was great, newly renovated, and not just a coat of paint. The beds, well, if I wasn't honest, I would have taken them home. (Beautyrest Hospitality Tevor X Plush) The new owner/management has really put in the effort to make this place one of the best in the Wytheville area. Reasonably priced, and worth it.

Obviously remodeled old property so everything in room new and clean but rooms very smalll and bathroom also very small. No ice bucket. TV with minimal stations and no guide. Pet friendly so should put out bag station so people pick up after their dogs when walk on property.
