Realmente fue una muy buena estancia vale totalmente la pena, las condiciones eran buenas pero con un poco pueden ser excelentes un poquito de moho en techo de la regadera y sarro en la llave pero es normal de la zona por el nivel de humedad, la atención de la señorita MONICA si me gustaría destacarla es super atenta, amable y servicial por ella lo valió todo muchas gracias Mónica, definitivamente volvería.

Una cálida bienvenida

¡Una maravilla! Si de verdad necesitas un lugar cálido que te reciba con los brazos abiertos, este es tu lugar. La atención es sumamente cálida, en mi caso, la señora de recepción muy amable y responde cualquier duda relacionada con el hotel. Limpieza excelente, comodidad de las camas ideal. El internet es algo lento pero hace bien su trabajo. Se te avisa que no es pet friendly así que por el simple aviso, ya es un punto. El lugar donde está ubicado es espléndido, solo un punto en contra que está muy cerca de un "hospital" (supongo, porque no pude llegar a leerlo pero si decía "urgencias"), por lo cual hubo bastante ruido por parte de ambulancias.

Está pequeña pero limpia, la habitacion bien el agua caliente nunca faltó, la gente amable pero no se queden en los cuartos que dan a la calle no pude dormir por el ruido , es una cale principal hay movimiento toda la noche, en la aplicación dice ventilador de techo o ventilador y NO HAY VENTILADORES, el calor estuvo horrible como nunca en xalapa y entre el ruido y el calor fueron 4 noches sin dormir.

Me parece una estancia buena, la atención del personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza es excelente. El único “inconveniente” por así decirlo es el ruido pero es entendible ya que está en avenida.

Buena opcion comoda y económica

Un poco complicada la llegada, ya que aun no tenian registrada nuestra reservación, pero trato amable, despues unas horas se resolvió, habitación pequeña pero comoda, estacionamiento seguro y facturación rapida.
