On our arrival we were asked to make ourselves comfortable on their sofas with welcome drinks while they checked us in. We then received an upgrade to a suite and all mini bar items for free. What a brilliant start to our stay in Xi’an. Hotel is very impressive with beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, with sitting area and 2 toilets. The bedsheets & towels were changed daily. They had turndown service too. Fresh fruit was provided everyday with different drinks & a treat left at our bedside every night. Plenty of mineral water was provided daily for free. Delicious breakfast with a number of cooked options. The staff from reception, to concierge & restaurant staff were very polite and ready to help. I wish I could have remembered some names. Hotel is located within the walled city making it a short taxi ride to some of the tourist attractions. This is truly a 5 star hotel and I will highly recommend it.

The staff were fantastic. We had an excellent recommendation from the concierge for thi gs to do. It was a lovely hotel. Loved the afternoon tea. Room was large with a comfortable couch yo sit on. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if in the area.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt welcomed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer us a glass of champagne and gave us a room upgrade at not additional cost. Danny, the manager went out of his way to make our stay memorable. Andy ( not sure what his position is) also, was very nice and helpful. The happy hour at the bar at level 7 is definitely a plus. The room we stayed in was very spacious and beautiful decorated. We had an excellent stay and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an.
