All the nice restaurants you book were fully booked but the manager Carlos was very accommodating and booked us 5 restaurants for our six night stay. We have a few small issues that got taken care of. We were 8 and 2 of us booked 4 each and paid the same but 4 were premium and 4 were not which was strange. The room are clean but very dated. Good trip over all - the resort is very well looked after and clean

There were a lot of rocks on the beach, no food menu, people put their towels on the lounge chairs at 7:30 am and coming back couple hours later On the other hand, selection of food was very good, servers were available most of the time Few good concerts at night In the room the bed was very comfortable and you have everything you need, iron with board, hairdryer, etc

Some staff were great and helpful but others just visit once and left you alone. The drinks could be better like the sodas were most of the time stale. Food was great lots of options. I wish they had an activity board for adults so they could know what’s happening throughout the day. Overall a good nice relaxing stay.

We had amazing time in the resort! Stuff is extremely friendly, food is good and rooms are clean. Zared Maldonado a groups and conventions coordinator was professional and helpful with a private event that we had! I would highly recommend this resort!!!

The rooms were great. Staff was wonderful. The grounds were super clean. Even though it's huge it's easy to navigate. My complaints are the buffets were terrible. Cold food and the same everyday. And booking ala carts were a pain. The ala carts were excellent just harder than it needed to be to book. At other resorts we booked all week after we checked in. Here it was only 2 days at a time.

Horrible food, horrible service. Took all day to just check in. Ladies at the front desk don’t know what they are doing. Asked for an extra pillow each day and never got it. Stayed for 5 days there. Checked out a day early because it was so bad there. The buffet had expired milk and yogurt. Bagels and bread were rock hard and not edible. Italian restaurant there kept putting fowl spelling spoiled red sauce on everything so it wasn’t edible. Warning everyone do not stay here.

The entertainment staff is amazing on the Caribe side . They crush it out of the Park every time . Estrella is amazing , Juanito is vibrant and speaks such good English , my older Brother Jesus is fantastic , the Bananna is great , Mariana is beautiful and in the greatest shape ! The Italian restaurant is amazing led by the beautiful host, the manager , always remembers your name is wonderful, Frank is the best waiter known to man! The Bar between the Italian and Tokyo led by the drill Sargent Fernanda is phenomenal. Diversified, hotel rooms a little rundown for a 5 stars resort. Everything else was great. The fact that you can walk around and see new things ( we saw a few turtle eggs juat hatching), the dolphins… is great

We really enjoyed our stay here with the whole family. Theatre is awesome to watch some great shows in the evening. Overall there was something to do for everyone. The beach is very very nice!

The room was clean, comfortable mattress, crispy white sheets. The room itself is dated, lighting in the bathroom is bad if you are trying to do make up. The grounds are beautiful. The buffet is typical of all inclusive. We also went to the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant, it was really good. As we are beach and ocean people, we were not impressed with the ocean. It’s very shallow and flat which is fine if you have small kids but the entry is a bit rocky, you can’t see the rocks because the water isn’t super clear most of the time, some areas of sand on the bottom feel mushy as you walk and sometimes there would be a smell of rotten eggs in the water, very strange. But overall we had a good time.
