A one of a kind, mid century modern Frank Lloyd Wright inspired architectural design with wall windows to take in the most breathtaking views of the Naches river valley. Enjoy a gated oasis situated on 12.5 acres with an indoor pool, hot tub, game room and elevator for easy access. With seasonal fruit trees available to enjoy and vineyards and wineries within a few minute’s drive. There will always be adventures to be had. For additional fees, we are happy to organize wine tasting tours or river rafting adventures. Feel free to ask the host for details.

This place has a lot of potential with a wonderful view and quiet setting but is subpar on quality and cleanliness. First, when we arrived one of the toilet had gross stuff in it. The dishes were dirty and the dishwasher was gross as well. The carpet has a lot of stains especially around the master bedroom. The mattress had stains, there was no mattress protector under the fitted sheet. The towels were old. The ad should indicate when the pool is closed before booking and really, that pool needs major work. The second night, we had a major issue with plumbling (major plug) which made the whole downstairs bathroom unusable. The only way up and down the floors is an elevator or going outside so the 3 teenagers sleeping downstairs were stuck and we ended up having to leave a night early. The owner was accomodating, refunding that night but this is not a cheap rental and all the issues just require some investment to make it a luxury place. One important thing to note the railing outside is not safe for small children without supervision, and it is the only barrier for a high cliff.

To say this place is beautiful, would be an understatement. The views you experience are unreal. The cliff facing side of the house is made of all windows so you have a constant overlooking view of the Naches River which was gorgeos. My family spent most of the day swimming in the heated pool.We were treated to a lightning storm on one of our nights which was amazing to watch from the master suite laying in the bed through the floor to celing windows.Unfortunately for our stay the jacuzzi was not functional. Although we were originally told it would be working the next day, nobody ever showed up to fix it. The host initially was responsive, but he stopped replying when I was asking for updates.Also, the automatic shades in the living room were not functioning, so there was no way to block the sun and heat. Luckily the air conditioning worked very well, so it didn't turn out to be too big of an issue.All in all we had an amazing time. This is now our second time staying here, and we wouldn't hesitate for a moment to come back for a third time.

Beautiful View

The owner is very nice and and the views beautiful. Unfortunately, the home was not clean. My family went to the store the very first day to get cleaning supplies - the downstairs shower was clearly not even touched, including clumps of hair in it. The floors were very dirty and the bed spreads were all very dirty, including dried on food. We also had to get extra toilet paper.

10 of us stayed in this home from ages 2 to elderly. We did see that some improvements have been made, there are still several things that need to be updated throughout the property. I personally did not feel safe having the kids explore the property alone. There are no stairs inside of the house, but an elevator to get up and down inside of the house…otherwise you need to access the downstairs from the outside of the property. If you are expecting a luxury stay, you won’t get that here. But if you are ok with staying in a passion project they maybe it will be ok.

Very unique house with lots to do!

The host was very communicative and helpful which I appreciated. This is the perfect sized house for our large family and it had lots of fun stuff for us to do with an AMAZING view! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pool table however, as communicated to the host, we were lacking an adequate amount of basic necessities such as a sufficient amount of towels, paper towels and toilet paper, which resulted in us having to go to a store to buy more. With that being said, the host was receptive to the feedback I provided him and overall we had a great time staying at this house!

Beautiful Estate

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Del Prado Estate. It was the perfect house for us to stay during the Best in the West basketball tournament. While we weren't on the court, we were able to come back to this estate to relax, enjoy the view, the animals and amenities. We highly recommend this as a place to stay while in Yakima.

Very miss leading in pictures. No Smoke alarms in all bdrms,couldnt lock all door entrances, one of the bathroom showers had no glass shield to prevent water spraying all over the vanity( with plug ins right there! Filthy madtet carpet

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time staying here! The house was clean and the beds were comfortable and the view was insane! We enjoyed the hot tub very much and the pool table was fun as well! Joe was very responsive and kind and it made the stay very stress free! Would definitely come again!!!

Fantastic Place to Stay!

Every one loved the place. The view from all the windows is amazing to wake up to! Sunsets are impressive! Hot tub, pool, slide and diving board were a blast. Horses are sweet. Would go again!

This place is wonderful, the pool is great, and a nice size, and the hot tub is the best one we have had the use of, it is very big! The host is wonderful as well. There are many fruit trees, and ponies too! There is an elevator it was great to use. The beds are comfortable my daughter wanted to take hers home with her. A great home!

Wonderful View

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was great to see the sun rise and set from the large windows. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The layout is very interesting and fun. My family also enjoyed feeding carrots and apples to the ponies and horses

Great Location Amazing View

This is a nice property to stay in if you like wine country and floating the river. We enjoyed the view and the indoor pool. The owner replied to comments and questions quickly. We identified a couple of issues and reported to the home owner for their resolution. Thanks for sharing your property with us.
