Great space. Very close to anything Downntown. Easy to get to from the Freeway. Garage parking and elevator access with an available cart for taking in groceries. Host was very easy to connect with.

This is a modern condo with super high ceilings and a spacious feel right in downtown Yakima near good restaurants, a brewery, and coffee shops. The condo itself was, as mentioned, quite modern, smelled good, and was not cluttered. Overall, a great space with good lines, a great feel, and very cool and comfortable for our family of three. This is a newer listing (so said VRBO) so there were a few things I imagine will get better once the host is more polished. While the place was visually clean, a closer inspection did reveal some unwiped surfaces and the hardwood floor didn't appear to be mopped prior to our arrival. We are a shoes off household and were a little surprised how dirty our feet became the first evening. Again, not visible to the eye but noticed it later. Additionally, the second bathroom toilet seat and the kitchen faucet were both incredibly loose. The toilet seat wobbled a few inches from side to side (was not tightened underneath) and the kitchen sink faucet was also not tight and wobbled quite a bit. Lastly, the deck floor was really dirty and needed a power-wash or scrubbing. These are all minor annoyances or inconveniences in an otherwise great place to stay downtown with included parking and an elevator to the correct floor. We would actually stay here again because the layout of the condo and the space itself was very cool, felt comfortable, and we love the modern look. One of the better in these areas compared to other listings.
