Very poor maintenance around the property many things broken and patched together. The outdoor pool was extremely dirty and there was not enough water in the pool to filter properly. Upon checking into room it was very dirty we had to ask for a broom just so we could sweep the floor. The window was broken and the toilet was broken as well. We accepted everything and took it upon ourselves to clean up and fix things so we could stay without bothering the staff. The cleaning staff smoked while they work so the whole upper level was full of cigarette smoke. We made the best of situation and let things slide but to top everything off after checking out they contacted us and blamed us for the broken window and told us we would be charged. The employee that made the call was extremely rude. Maybe that’s then only way they can do repairs properly to the building?? Obviously they normally don’t check the room very thoroughly considering we left the room cleaner and in better condition then it was when we arrived. We Would not recommend this place to anybody. Lots better options in the same location.

Wonderful experience! ordered two rooms attached for our family of 6 which was perfect and roomy! Front desk service was awesome, thank you for helping us with whatever our questions or needs were!! The pool was lovely, my kids 9, 12, 14, 16 loved it. Tim horton, kfc, mcdonalds, wendy's are across the street and something fun for the kids to walk to if they wanted anything.

The staff was amazing and courteous, but not some much for the warm breakfast: adding bacon and ham as an option in the menu would be a good idea, especially if you're staying more than one night. The other items offered for the breakfast was good.

Clean, cozy place. Breakfast was nice fresh scrambled egg and sausage at table and variety of breads, drinks and fruits. Liked a lot. We stayed night before the CAT to Bar Harber.

We rented a room with a kitchenette. It had nearly everything we would need to cook with - which was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Tv was nice size.plenty of towels and soap. We will rent from here again.
