Although i was the only guest staying that night the room had not been warmed and remained cold and damp all night. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, but was on his own, so had to find something that he could cook for my evening meal. Similar issue in the morning meant there was no cooked breakfast available. I have to blame myself as well for not checking the bathroom was not en-suite, and would have been shared with any other residents. I would hope that on a better day in the summer it would have been a better stay. TV did not seem to work and no wi-fi just added to the discomfort.
