Tämä pohjakerroksessa 2 makuuhuoneen huoneisto, jossa on oma katettu puutarha-alue sopii erinomaisesti rentoutumiseen iltaisin juomien kanssa.

Huoneistot ovat kauniisti moderneja, ja niissä on nykyaikainen kalustus ja vaalea, neutraali sisustus.

Huoneistossa on moderni olohuone / ruokailutila, moderni perhe kylpyammeella ja suihkulla varustettu kylpyhuone ja kauniisti sisustettu sänky.

Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva, johon mahtuu ylimääräisiä vieraita.

Siinä on näkymät kaupungin muureille ja vehreälle sisäpihallemme.

Huoneistossa on nopea langaton laajakaista, joka on maksuton kaikille vieraille.

Ihannetapauksessa sijaitsee aivan Monkgate City Walls -hotellin ulkopuolella ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä upealta Minsteriltä ja 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä coney-kadulta.

We had a very nice stay in this apartment over the Christmas markets. The house had a real Christmas tree which was super. Property very clean and warm and had everything we needed . Walking distance to everything and 5 minutes to the Minster

Super cute, and fantastic location! Nice little patio area too. Only thing that I would suggest is a couple of fans, as it was quite hot inside, but overall extremely happy! 😊

Great holiday apartment

Location and standard of these apartments couldn't have been better ,ideal for exploring the city. We were very fortunate with the weather and it would have been the icing on the cake if the small patio and garden area had been better maintained so we could sit and enjoy the sunshine .

Great location , just near Monkbar, easy to access all York has to offer. Heating worked well and beds were really comfy. Had all utensils we needed for a 3 night stay. Would highly recommend

Ideal Spot

Absolutely fantastic location just a few minutes walking and you’re in the city centre. Car park right next to the accommodation, fairly expensive parking but the convenience of being so close makes it worth it. The flat itself was immaculate and has all the amenities you would need, nice comfy bed and a lounge area for relaxing in the evenings. Would certainly stay again.

Ideal location

We stayed here as a family of 4 and had plenty of space and the courtyard area was great and nice and private. The property was spotless and modern through out, everything was very well kept and maintained. The hosts were very helpful and reccomended some great food places nearby. We would 100% reccomend this property.

Excellent accommodation, couldnt have asked for any more. We are a family of 3 and this was ideal. The apartment is within a very short walking distance of York, we never used our car the whole time we was here. Parking next door is really convenient and a good price for the stay. Hosts are extremely helpful
