You can't see the beach from the rooms but it across the street. The motel is in need of updates and repair. We were in room 2. The guests on either side were extremely loud to 3 am, on a few occasions, making it an absolutely miserable experience. Grateful they allow dogs. The two dogs in room 1 were barkinng a lot and extremely annoying. Will not be back.

My son and I, along with our 2 large dogs stayed here for 2 nights. The room was quite cozy and cute and very clean. I appreciated the dog walking area and the hose between that is set up if needed to clean the dogs. I would stay here again, but minus the dogs!

Loved being right across the street from the ocean everything was centrally located and in walking distance. The owner/staff friendly and accommodating. Minor cleaning in the bathroom/grouting around the shower. Would definitely go again.

Cozy and close to the beach

Nice rooms, easy self check-in. Cedar, one of the owners, was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Dog friendly which is a huge plus!

This motel was the best and nicest clean and spacius room right next to the ocean. Cedar and her husband are the owners and are the nicest people. My husband and I were asking Cedar if there was a more scenic way back home when we leave rather than the highway. She told us and was so nice to even text me the directions herself. I felt like I knew her all my life. Definitely recommend staying here.

Loved being across from the ocean the steps away we stayed the one with the balcony and it’s a beautiful view from hotel. They have a pool, which is awesome. Also staff is wonderful. There’s nothing that we did not like.

We have been vacationing in York Beach for 30years, by far BEST overall lodging experience- excellent communication, Cedar was extremely hospitable! Parking & check in could not have been easier. Room was well decorated, clean & very comfortable. Ability to park early & also leave the car and head over to the beach after check out was amazing! We will certainly be back & highly recommend!

Great Family Weekend Getaway

Cant find a better place to stay with children! The hotel staff/service was top notch and make checkin/checkout easy! The rooms are very clean & comfortable. The location is AMAZING! Walking distance to all the action in both short sands or long sands beaches. If you dont want to walk it is close enough to hop on one of the golf carts @ $5/pp. Our family walked everywhere and if the little one was too tired to walk one of us could either walk or hop on the golf cart to grab our car to pick up everyone else. This will be the only place we will stay for now on! Thank you!
