The Space:
Step into this modern and spacious two-bedroom apartment, beautifully styled with contemporary furnishings throughout.
From the welcoming hallway, you’re greeted by an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The cosy living space features a comfortable sofa, wall-mounted TV, and a chic coffee table, complemented by a dining table that comfortably seats four. The sleek grey kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher, along with a full selection of glassware, crockery, and cookware.

The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and a calm, modern atmosphere, complete with its own en-suite shower room featuring a shower unit, vanity basin, and WC. You have the choice of layouts in the second bedroom, allowing you a super king bed or twin beds. The twin beds are full sized singles. Please let us know which layout you would prefer so that we can have it ready for your arrival. With a separate shower room conveniently located just across the hall. Travel cot is provided within this apartment (please note bed linen is not provided for the travel cot).

For added comfort and ease, hair dryers, an iron, ironing board, fresh bed linen, and towels are all provided.

Bootham is a historic area in the city of York, United Kingdom. It is situated just outside the city walls, northwest of York Minster, and is known for its charming and picturesque surroundings. Bootham is also known for its proximity to the city center, making it convenient for residents and visitors to explore the historic streets, shops, and restaurants of York.

Getting Around:
If you are looking for a more relaxing way to see the city, there are plenty of hop on and off red bus tours, the nearest pickup point is on Bootham. Taxis can be found everywhere in the city. The best way to take everything in is by foot, along the river bank, walking the city walls.

Please note that to save our guests having to pay a damages deposit, we will validate your credit card prior to your check in. If you are arriving after our reception closes, you will need to call us to provide card details. We do not take any money from the card.
