1). The room was below a noisy room full of kids. Requests for quiet were no help. 2). The room was very hot, which prevented me from sleeping. Turning down the temperature and setting it to Cool did not turn on the cooling system. I will not stay there again, and will advise others accordingly.

The desk personal were very awsome, but the amenities as in the pop machines are horrible! Not impressed we had to pay skip the dishes to get drinks for our room. The one on main floor was sold out, 3nd floor the money gets stuck and u cannot find a drink anywhere. Also no chips or snack machines... we pay good money for a room, it would be nice to have those working and available. The 2 guys working were trying to help, but not much they could do.
