I really like this hotel. I had an accessible room for me and also I liked the kitchen. Real convenient to Walmart and other places to go to. The staff was really nice too.
No WiFi and no one working to help. While trying to check in other customers are complaining their toilets weren’t working. Very concerning. After the computer system not working I was given the emergency key card. We get to the room that smells and tv only remained on static. Then our fear of our toilet not working came true. This was the worst hotel over decades I’ve ever stayed in!!!!!

We waited in the lobby almost an hour to get checked in. There was only one front desk lady and she was trying her best. Within that hour, the fire alarm went off....the lobby flooded with people rightfully concerned and asking questions. We had to wait for the fire department to come however, it turns out there was an actual alarm/issue going on somewhere. The lady at the front desk told everybody that everything was okay but I heard the firefighters say there were specific alarams going off that need attention. We decided not to stay. Im not sure that building was safe.
Front desk person tried to help but her manager was rude, doubled the pet fees that were posted on website, wouldn't change them to reflect what was actually listed, and was nasty. Tried to charge me $200 for dogs. Had no interest in following her own policies and while I was trying to get my fees fixed other guests left and said they wouldn't stay there either and walked out. I ended up walking out and did not stay. Horrible.
I enjoyed my stay, room was clean...I didn't like that there was a limit on the number of devices allowed to connect to hotel wifi. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
Rooms are clean. The only issue was the door key not working occasionally and the overworked/undermanned staff who did their best. I was pleased with my stay. Clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Good area. Lots of food and retail surrounding.
We arrived 25mins early and we were told there were no rooms ready. The parking lot was empty. Another couple arrived to check in and was able to get there room while we waited. Rooms had no hand towels, ironing board & iron had to be retrieved from the front desk. There are NO ice machines, NO coffee pot, NO ice trays, the remote for the TV did not work. They had absolutely NO supplies for use in the kitchenette. Very POORLY run hotel property.

Walls are very thin. We heard the next rooms tv all night. Noise from hallway and the old fashioned metal bed was terrible. I will say it was clean.
Everything was good. We did have a fire alarm go off and had to evacuate and they were experiencing a leak in the lobby, but the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Pet friendly place with dog urine smell on entire 1st floor. Had to switch rooms because of the intense dog urine smell in our room. They should designate specific rooms only instead of all rooms. It’s not fair to those without pets to endure such a foul strong odor.
Keys didn’t work. Air conditioning was warm. No elevator. Noisy and dirty hallways I won’t be returning. Left a day early it was so bad

Barely got any sleep for 2 nights, the people above me kept making noise. Called the front desk numerous times to complain about the noise. Told the front desk attendant to come into my room to hear the noise.
