Staff were unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. I never even got checked in due to her demanding a 50 deposit for damages *claiming all motels do that when i was just at super8 and they did not* she then told me my minor children were not aloud there.

I was pleasantly surpised. Initially I thought the stay would be a hassle with loud noises throughout the night - nothing at all. Room was clean and the shower was hot.

The bed had a wooden brace to keep it in one place that didn't work, but wasn't lumpy like most of their mattresses. They've never advertised anything special, so it wasn't expected.

This is a very dirty motel, stains on the sheets and pillow case, smells like a nasty stale cigarette. The rooms smells musky and like marijuana. The walls are dirty and the holes in the door of the bathroom with tape over it. Not a clean environment at all they should be a shame of themselves for even renting these dirty filthy rooms.

The hotel was dirty and the room was really dirty. The hotel and room smelled really bad. We could not even use the shower. We did not feel safe at all. There were bugs in the room.
