ACCESSIBILITY
The property is accessible via a steep incline. For your safety, please approach slowly and steadily when driving up to the house. We strongly recommend using all-wheel drive vehicles.


PET FEE AND POLICY
This home is pet-friendly and welcome to your furry friends during your stay. However, I do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our home’s delicate luxury furniture and linens.

• Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
• Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file.
• Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays.

NOTE: This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules. Please note that we’ll be charging any extra damages done to the property by your pet.
