We suggest having a car for your stay. That was you can easily drive to Joshua Tree National Park or any of the beautiful local sites.

The Owner(s) will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Guest or the members of the Guest's party when using the hot tub. Guests assume liability when using the hot tub at their own risk.


★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Hot Tub cleaning service is scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays between 11am-1pm.

There is a firewood vending locker on site for your convenience. $25 per bundle.

We have worked really hard to create this beautiful space to share with you and just ask you to be respectful and treat our space with care.

Pet Fee:
Pre approved pets allowed with an extra cleaning fee. Please just add pet to your reservation and the fee will be included.

No smoking indoors. Please be mindful of fire hazards and properly disposing of cigarettes when smoking outside.

No unapproved guests.

Noise Monitoring:
To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone and to comply with local regulations, a noise monitoring device is installed on the property. It only measures decibel levels — it does not record conversations or sounds. Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially during quiet hours.

Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals:
We welcome service and emotional support animals in accordance with Airbnb’s policies and California law. Please note that emotional support animals must not be left unattended at the property without prior approval. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their animal during their stay.
