This desert chic home retreat features stunning views and a quiet location. Boasting two (2) inviting and roomy bedrooms and two (2) restorative bathrooms, this is your chance to find tranquility with serene seclusion. Elegant. Serene. Restorative.

Indulge in the art of outdoor living as you savor grilling sessions on the propane grill. As night descends, find yourself under the stars while unwinding in the soothing waters of the spa tub.

Explore an array of attractions, from the legendary Pappy + Harriet's to the mystical Joshua Tree National Park, all within easy reach. Enjoy a sound bath and reach higher vibrations at the mystical Integratron. For those seeking retail therapy, local shops are mere moments away, as is a picturesque golf course, perfect for leisurely afternoons.

LIVING SPACE is a relaxed, sunken den with a majestic stone fireplace and beautiful herringbone flooring.

KITCHEN is fully stocked for all your cooking needs including a Keurig and a French press (for when you inevitably pick up some Joshua Tree Coffee). Not a coffee drinker? You’ll find a kettle with a variety of teas on hand. The kitchen is open to the dining room, making it easy to socialize while preparing something delicious.

PRIMARY BEDROOM sleeps two in the king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and high quality bedding and linens. Step out onto your private patio and enjoy the sunrise views.

SECONDARY BEDROOM sleeps two in the king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and high quality bedding with plenty of natural light.

PRIMARY BATHROOM has a double vanity and a luxurious tiled shower.
SECONDARY BATHROOM has a standard bathtub for soaking right off the hallway from the SECONDARY BEDROOM.

COVERED PATIO includes a propane grill with views of the hot tub and the spacious backyard.

BACKYARD has plenty of tall shade trees and open sky.
Other things to note:

EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.

PETS are not allowed. Bringing animals without prior approval will result in immediate expulsion from the property without a refund.

SECURITY CAMERAS are on the premises that record audio/video. None of the cameras are pointed at gathering spaces and your privacy will not be infringed upon. One camera is on the doorbell.

HIGH DESERT living at its finest with desert terrain, prickly plant life, and cute and untamed wild life. Be mindful and act accordingly.
