This was our second time staying in Santa Rita, and once again, we had a great experience. The staff is very friendly, check-in is quick, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is good, and they even accommodate special requests, like making green juice for me. I highly recommend this place, plus, the prices are very affordable.

It breaks my heart to write this review. I was traveling alone with two kids, and the staff was not helpful when assisting me with my luggage and going to my room. Additionally, I requested a 5 a.m. wake-up call but received the call at 6 a.m., which almost caused me to miss my flight. Once again, no one came to help me with my luggage. I felt unwelcome, and that hurt me because I was with my kids.
