THE SPACE
We created Magnolia Home aiming to be not yet another vacation rental but a real home to our guests, their holiday home in Zakynthos. That is why everything was designed with great care and love, from the 3 private bedrooms, one master bedroom with double bed and 2 junior with twin beds (easily convertible to double), their own air-conditioning and TV with Netflix, the modernly decorated living room with the large sofas and TV, to the fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, as well as the beautiful furnished veranda with the flowers, the fenced garden with lawn and the magnificent country-side and sea views. GUEST ACCESS
The entire place is available and accessible to our guests, both indoors and outdoors.
Easily accessible from the parking to the garden with just one step while another one leads you from the garden to the veranda and the house.

GUEST INTERACTION
Discretion and privacy for our guests are very important to us.
We stay and work though in a close distance, so when you need anything don't hesitate to let us know - we are there for you!
Join us for a coffee at our nearby cafe, "Cafe Freddo", just a one-minute walk from Magnolia Home.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Flexible check-in & check-out times: we will try to accommodate your check-in or/and check-out, no matter even if it is out of the standard check-in/out times, depending on availability.

Kindly note that early check-ins and late check-outs are not always possible if there is another guest leaving/coming and the house needs to be prepared.
Even in that case, you can leave your luggage with us and enjoy a coffee or snack in our cafe or go around the beautiful island while waiting.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our home is located at the outskirts of Lithakia, a beautiful traditional village at the foothills of mountain Vrachionas, about 2.5 km from the beach and 10 km from Zakynthos Town. The narrow cobbled alleys surrounded by beautiful traditional houses with colorful flowerbeds, the imposing churches, the majestic views to the Zakynthian countryside with the golden olive trees and the bay of Laganas, make Lithakia a unique place to stay!

GETTTING AROUND
The house is centrally located and has easy access via main roads to Zakynthos Airport (8 km), Port and Town (10 km), as well as to the most of Zakynthos sights and attractions. The nearest beach, Agios Sostis, is about 2.5 km (5 minutes by car) away, while you can join a cruise to the tropical Marathonisi and the marvelous Keri Caves from Limni Keri at 6.5 km (about 10 minutes away by car).
Although the most important facilities are very near and easily accessible on foot (super market, cafe, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy, fuel station all in a max. 5 minute walk radius), you are most probably going to need a car to explore the beautiful beaches and magnificent nature of Zakynthos Island.
