From Sealandvillas, we present Villa Perla, an elegant and modern villa on the island of Zakynthos. With an area of 300 m2, this luxurious villa can accommodate 10 people, with five bedrooms with bathrooms and sea views. Its design combines the beauty of the island with traditional stone architecture on the exterior.
On the first floor are the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room with sea views, the living room with fireplace and a garden with barbecue, wood-fired oven and outdoor dining area. Additionally, there is the master bedroom with bathroom and balcony. On the ground floor, there are three main bedrooms and a junior bedroom, all with direct access to the pool and panoramic views of the Ionian Sea.
The villa has heating and air conditioning in all rooms, and the exteriors include a 1,300 m2 garden, infinity pool, jacuzzi, solarium, bar, outdoor dining area, private parking and direct access to a golden sand beach.
Villa Perla is located on Ambula beach, in Tragaki, a quiet coastal area, and just 1 km from Tsilivi, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants and nightlife. Just 13 km from Zakynthos airport, the villa is ideal for exploring the island's historical monuments.

The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
