Villa Noema - 3 Bedrooms with Private Pool
Noema Villa – a newly built, luxurious holiday home with exquisite aesthetics and unparalleled style, with a vast private area featuring an impressive swimming pool, in the quiet settlement of Sarakinado, Zakynthos island.
The Villa features three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Modern aesthetics and decoration are prominent in the interior area, which cleverly blends a lofty atmosphere with elements of minimalism.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each (which can be combined into double beds), and the third bedroom is equipped with a double bed. All of the bedrooms have 50” Smart TVs, and one of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom. In addition, there is a second bathroom with a shower.
The living room is vast and comfortable, featuring a 65” Smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen features numerous appliances, such as a dishwasher, as well as a dining area for 8 persons.
Stepping outside, you will find a private, fenced area, where the magnificent swimming pool (with three 1.60m beds and a hydromassage function!) is prominent. The outdoors also offers a built BBQ, a sink, a 4m x 2.5m sofa as well as a shaded dining area.
*The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
