Have stopped here as a mid-way point in travelling to Indiana. Hotel never disappoints. Just make sure you request a "hillside" room", not a "highway side" room. Super clean, friendly - its why we keep coming back.

If you have a room on the side of the highway, it is very loud all night long. Heater also sounded like a fork in a blender. Other than that, hotel was fine.

Really nice hotel

This hotel is VERY nice. Newer building, and our room was one of the nicer ones we've stayed in. We did have an issue with a noisy child running overhead. We contacted the desk and said we were willing to change rooms, but the associate in charge said that there was nothing she could do with our reservation because it was booked through a third party (hotels.com). This is something to keep in mind folks! My husband had some more words with the desk when it was time for bed and the noise continued. The clerk finally let us know that she spoke with the family and also her manager and she would move our room if needed. Luckily, the child quieted and we did not have any further problems during the night. Bed was very comfy and shower was great.

Great stay at Cambridge, OH Hampton Inn

The Hampton Inn was very nice. The room was very clean, and the new bathroom was huge, the shower was awesome. Convenient to town for the Christmas lights and Dickens figures. Would stay again.

Property is/was undergoing renovations so typical construction items were present. Biggest complaint was the hot water would not get as hot as desired. Great service, accommodation, and breakfast offering. Overall good.
