New 105 m2, 3 bedroom luxury apartment, with views over Lake Zell just 200m from City Xpress Ski Lift and 100m from the centre of Zell am See. The Apartment is fully fitted and is furnished to the highest standards. Two bathrooms and also a separate cloakroom accessed from the hallway. This apartment also interconnects with another 2 bedroom luxury apartment through doors in the living areas, creating a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment of 180 m2 if guests were interested.



Kitchen includes, Oven, Induction Hob, Grill, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Extractor and Island area. The rest of the kitchen is well appointed with all required utensils, as well as Espresso coffee machine, USB charging points and luxury fittings. The living area, with views over Lake Zell, is furnished to the highest standards and includes a UHD TV, DVD, Sonos sound system as well as WiFi. (Note: All access to UHD is WiFi Based). The bedrooms, all with UHD TV's are fitted with wardrobes, Bed 1 has an en suite, and there is a family bathroom, with separate bath and shower as well as a separate cloakroom accessed from the hallway. Beds 1 & 2 are fitted with king size beds and Bed 3 with a Quad Bunk Bed. Bed 3 also 'doubles' as a children's play area.



The apartment is accessed from either a lift or stairs and is located on the 2nd floor where there is only one other apartment (also ours TOP 3) It is therefore very private. Guests have access to the Ski Locker room, where skis , boots etc can be stored. (Note - NO ski boots or Ski equipment in the apartment, please!) There are 2 x parking spaces
