Area very walk-able and safe, hotel staff were super helpful and welcoming. Only qualm was the dated fixtures in the room, the bathroom doorknob fell off when I touched it and the carpet/doors were pretty aged. Otherwise, lovely.

There is a great view of the Eiffel Tower from the front door of this property. There are very easy restaurants and bakeries to walk to from this hotel. It's very easy to get to the Metro from this hotel. It's also very easy to walk to the Arc De Triumph from this hotel. They clean the room everyday and make the beds. Our room is very spacious and accommodated five people very easily. The hotel was very enjoyable and just needs some fine touch ups with hard to clean spots in the room.

Friendly front desk, breakfast ok, agree with others better off buying breakfast at a cafe….due to limited choices available. Room was smaller and not what we expected, booked a queen with 2 twins and was given a queen with a pullout. Room is very small and outdated. Bathroom the tiniest I have ever seen. hairdryer from the 1970s, have never seen one like it. No fridge or microwave in room. Location was pretty good. Close to metro and Eiffel tower. For $400 a night expected more.

This hotel is in the perfect area. Walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. Hotel staff were great and spoke several languages. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, close to sites. Shower in our room didn’t work properly. The handheld shower head would not stay in the holder so the head kept falling down and spraying water everywhere. Also the tub didn’t drain well. Overall nice place but the shower needed some help.

The rooms are not what is advertised at all, the rooms are terrible. At least the ones that are not renovated. We stayed on the first floor where there was construction being done in a room and a chemical reaction happened that had smoke all through the always which was attempted to be sealed with tape on the door. I could not make it to the elevator without almost passing out, we were moved to a Floor above but I was not satisfied with this stay .

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the missing money, in U.S. dollars, was never taken out of the hotel. It was kept in a wallet inside a bag that we never removed from the room. When we arrived at the airport, we discovered that the money was missing from our wallets. Since the cash was never taken out of the hotel, this is very concerning. This is extremely unfair, as we paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel. Situations like this are completely unacceptable and should never happen. I ask that you fully investigate the hotel staff involved in this matter. This has been a very upsetting experience.
