The Westside-Apartment
is located in a very quiet residential area in Aalen-Hofherrnweiler on the Ostalb and offers you:

A separate bedroom with double bed 160 x 200cm,
Bed1 (manufacturer) mattresses, 2 degrees of firmness selectable. 2 neck pillows from Emma (manufacturer).

Another sleeping possibility exists in the living room on the sofa bed, approx. 140 x 195 cm.

A fully equipped pantry kitchen.
Refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, saucepans and a frying pan, kitchen scales, hand mixer, baking bowl.
Kitchen knives, cooking utensils, scissors, tin opener, corkscrew and much more.
The extensive crockery and cutlery can be found in the sideboard in the living/dining room.

A bathroom with large washbasin and storage space.
Mirror and wall cupboard, plenty of storage space, hairdryer, bath/shower combination, WC and washing machine. Of course, a laundry basket in the bottom drawer of the bathroom vanity unit, a clothes horse under the long, fold-up side of the sofa and clothes pegs in the mirror cabinet in the hallway are part of our offer.
Two cosy woollen blankets can be found in the storage space under the fold-up long side of the sofa in the living room.

A terrace for private use, including garden furniture, 1 gardentable and two high-back garden chairsand, cushions.

Smoking is permitted in the outdoor area, on the terrace and in the covered outdoor entrance area.

Bed linen, shower and hand towels, tea towel, dishcloth and final cleaning are included!
We also provide a small supply of cleaning utensils, as well as a hoover, cleaning bucket, hand brush and shovel.

All flat rooms can be darkened using electric shutters.

The hallway, living room and bedroom are equipped with smoke alarms.
There is a first aid bag in the hall cupboard.
