There was some confusion over a cancelled booking - we were originally going to be staying longer but cancelled our booking and made a new booking after our plans changed. The staff member serving me seemed confused about this and it took another staff member to intervene to get it sorted out.

It’s good for short stay. The play is quite small but not too bad. The room shower in my room need to fix it doesnt have a head of shower. Over all ok with the price.

Parking very convenient, close to dining options. Room tidy but had issues with the tv and remote, could not get ch 7 on tv and had to manually operate due to remote not working. Bed ok but could do with some extra padding on mattres.

Small rooms are neat and clean, in good condition, with small balcony. Downstairs free Laundry. Checkin is about 80 metres away. Staff are excellent and organised. Parking additional $15 is secure and off street. Absolutely great value!

The car parking was easy and the air con did keep the room cool. The washing machine downstairs was handy and obviously the location waa good. I just found the room very dingy, i guess it was cheap and i was grateful to find somewhere to stay when i found myself homeless the week of Christmas, but i wouldnt book it again
