Nice location, bath in shower not good

Great location with awesome views and many good restaurants nearby. Room was spacious with good amenities, however shower in a bath with no handrail is a deal breaker for me.

Dirty bed linen. Kitchen area was dirty. Tv was broken. Walls scuffed. bathroom had mould all in the silicone, broken tape ware. Not great for $215 for the night.

I very much enjoyed the stay but it’s definitely not a “luxury” hotel. However, my one bedroom had everything I needed including a washing machine. Walking on the beach is glorious. I arrived on a Friday night and it’s definitely a party place but the rest of the time it was quiet.

Dump!

First we got put into a room where the washing machine had a big sign (out of order). When I spoke with the reception, I got told to ask for a working washing machine in special requests when booking! Then got moved to a room with a leaking toilet and black algae all over the shower. The reception lady, I think her name was Jody was rude and not willing to assist.

This place has everything you need for a short or long stay. The beach is beautiful, with amazing sunsets. There is a shopping area and lots to do. The restaurant in the hotel was really good as well. I would definitely stay here again

I recently stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate my 50th The concierge staff were amazing and very accommodating however the room wasn’t worth the money. The bathroom was very dated, & the cleaners didn’t do the best job, and we found not all things in our room worked. When you pay that much for a beach view room I felt the room should’ve been immaculate with no faults! The other major downside is the walls are very thin so noisy neighbours kept us up both nights

Booked and paid for a premium park view king room. Was supposedly up graded to a standard ocean view king room on the 1st floor. For me this was not an upgrade as works were being done on the beach continuously during our stay. Wanted a park view premium room which was told was a re-furbished room on a higher level. Wouldn’t change for what I paid for. Hotel was in a Nice location. Ate in the restaurant for breakfast was nice.
