Children aged 6 and older are charged at the adult rate.
Up to 4 children under 6 years old may stay free when sharing beds. Please bring identification for age verification at check-in.
Pre-Arrival Registration:

In compliance with Japan’s Private Lodging Business Act, all guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form with name, address, and contact information.
Foreign guests without a Japanese address must also provide a copy of their passport.
For Stays of 28 Nights or Longer:

Under Japanese law, stays of 28 nights or more require signing a short-term lease agreement. We will send you a simple online contract to sign in advance.
Housekeeping Policy:

For stays of 2 nights or less, there is no housekeeping service.
For stays of 3 nights or longer, cleaning and trash removal are available every other day upon request.
As this is a vacation rental with a washer-dryer, guests are asked to wash linens and towels themselves during their stay.
Arrival:

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. On the day of check-in, we will meet you and guide you to your room.
